We ship most orders the same business day, but please allow 2 business days for your order to process and an additional 3-5 business days for shipping.

We offer shipping in the USA only. No international shipping at this time. If you have an inquiry regarding international orders please email [email protected].

In store pick-up

For those in the New York area, we offer in-store shopping and pickup at our toy store located at the Ground Floor of 109 Gates Ave., Brooklyn, NY 11238.

If you would like to pick up your order in person, please order online as you normally would then email both: [email protected] and [email protected] with your order number.The team will respond to your email to confirm your in-store pickup request. Your order should be ready at the store on the following business day after you’ve placed the order.

Refunds & returns

We proudly stand by the quality of our products, and want our customers to be happy with their orders. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your item, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase.

At this time, we can only accept returns for sealed, unopened packs in their original condition within 14 days of shipment delivery date. Please contact [email protected] to process your refund.

HOLIDAY SEASON SPECIAL REFUNDS & RETURN TERMS

We will accept returns for all sealed, unopened packs in their original condition until January 15th for all orders placed between November 15th and December 25th. Please contact [email protected] to process your refund.

Gift returns

Not your color? Not to worry. Gifts can be returned within 30 days. Just head to the top for the free returns process with your order number. It’s on the shipping label or the back of the gift note (if you got one).
