Shipping & Returns
Please allow 2 business days for your order to process and an additional 3-8 business days for shipping. You should receive an email with your order confirmation and a tracking link for your package. If you need to make any edits to your order, please reach out to email@example.com as soon as you can so that we can help. As a standard practice, we never include the bill/receipt in our packages.
We offer free shipping for all orders over $35. At this time, we can only ship domestically within the United States. We are working on getting international shipping up and running as soon as possible.
We also offer expedited shipping options such as UPS 3-Day Select and UPS 2nd Day Air (price is calculated based on shipping location).

IN-STORE PICKUP (BROOKLYN)
For those in the New York area, we offer in-store shopping and pickup at our toy store located at the Ground Floor of 109 Gates Ave., Brooklyn, NY 11238.
The team will respond to your email to confirm your in-store pickup request. Your order should be ready at the store on the following business day after you’ve placed the order.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS
We proudly stand by the quality of our products, and want our customers to be happy with their orders. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your item, please contact us at email@example.com within 14 days of your purchase.
At this time, we can only accept returns for sealed, unopened packs in their original condition within 14 days of shipment delivery date. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to process your refund.
