SHIPPING 

Please allow 2 business days for your order to process and an additional 3-8 business days for shipping. At this time, we can only ship domestically within the United States. We are working on getting international shipping up and running as soon as possible. 

For the 2020 Holiday Season:

  • Choose UPS 3-day shipping by Dec. 20 to guarantee delivery by Christmas
  • Choose UPS 2-day shipping by Dec 21 to guarantee delivery by Christmas

Please note: this timeline is based on our shipping partners and is subject to disruptions due to COVID-19 and “Shipaggedon.” We’re doing everything in our power to ensure speedy deliveries.

IN-STORE PICKUP (BROOKLYN)

For those in the New York area, we offer in-store shopping and pickup at our toy store located at the Ground Floor of 109 Gates Ave., Brooklyn, NY 11238.

If you would like to pick up your order in person, please order online as you normally would then email both: hello@clixo.com and orders@clixo.com with your order number.

The team will respond to your email to confirm your in-store pickup request. Your order should be ready at the store on the following business day after you’ve placed the order.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

We proudly stand by the quality of our products, and want our customers to be happy with their orders. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your item, please contact us at orders@clixo.com within 14 days of your purchase.


At this time, we can only accept returns for sealed, unopened packs in their original condition within 14 days of shipment delivery date. Please contact orders@clixo.com to process your refund.
