The Host a Clixo Activity Program is an opportunity for educators to bring Clixo experiences to their communities. Approved hosts receive exclusive discounts on the Classroom Pack and Classroom Activity Book, and access to activity resources designed to support engaging, creativity-driven events, as well as facilitation support.

1. Who can apply?
We welcome applications from educational institutions, museums, libraries, after-school programs, camps, community organizations, nonprofits, and other groups that facilitate learning experiences for children and families. If you are interested in applying and are unsure if you fit the above description, please contact us at sarah@clixo.com.

2. How do I apply?
Submit your activity proposal through the application form, and be sure to include all event details in order to be considered. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and we typically respond within 2–7 business days notifying you if your event was approved.

3. How far in advance should I apply?
We recommend applying at least one month before your event date. This allows time for application review, product ordering, shipping, and promotion.

4. What is expected of participating organizations?
Partners agree to:

• Promote their event online at least 14 days in advance, through newsletters, social media, or community channels
• Tag @my_clixo and link to the Clixo website in promotional materials
• Facilitate a hands-on Clixo creative building activity
• Share photos or videos with Clixo following the event

1. What kinds of activities can I host?
Clixo activities can take many forms, including family engagement events, classroom enrichment activities, STEM and STEAM programs, maker workshops, library programs, camp activities, museum experiences, and community events. We encourage hosts to adapt Clixo activities to fit the needs of their audience.

2. Do I need prior experience with Clixo?
No prior experience is required! Our activity guides and resources are designed to help both new and experienced facilitators confidently lead a successful Clixo activity.

3. Will the Clixo team help me host the activity?
No. This program offers resources for you and your own team to host a Clixo creative building event on your own. You may follow the suggested guides we share, or come up with your own activity. 

4. Should I share photos or videos from the event?
Yes. As part of the partnership - we ask for you to document your event, and tag Clixo on social media and newsletter posts with photos and videos from your event (within your organization's privacy and media policies).

5. Does my activity need to be open to the public?
Not necessarily. Activities may be hosted for your existing members, students, families, or community. However, the event should be a special activity and not part of a regular classroom curriculum or standard school-day instruction.

1. What do approved hosts receive?
Approved hosts receive:

• A 50% off discount on Classroom Pack (100 pieces, educator guide, activity cards, and poster) ordered online,
• A 50% discount on Clixo Activity Book (27 activities, printable Idea Pages, and student worksheets),
• Promotion of your event and/or organization through Clixo’s digital channels,
• Facilitation resources and event support from the Clixo Education team.

Other Clixo products may be purchased through our online shop but are not eligible for the program discount.

2. How do I order my discounted Clixo packs? 
Approved partners receive a one-time-use discount code via email for 50% off eligible Clixo Classroom products - this is for your use only. You'll also receive a unique 15% discount code off Clixo online products to share with event participants and your community.

3. When should I order my Clixo packs?
After receiving your discount code we recommend ordering your Host a Clixo Activity pack(s) at least 2 weeks before your event date to allow sufficient time for processing and shipping. 

4. How many products can I order?
Yes. The 50% discount code may be used for up to 5 Classroom Packs and 5 Activity Books. The code is valid for a single purchase, so please include all desired quantities in one order.

1. What happens after my activity?
The Clixo Education team will reach out to participants to complete a brief follow-up survey to share feedback, photos, and stories from their event. These insights help us improve the program and better support future hosts.

2. Can I keep the Clixo products after the event?
Yes! All purchased products belong to your organization and can be used for future workshops, makerspaces, classrooms, or free-play areas.

3. What if I need to cancel or reschedule my event?
We understand that plans can change. Please notify us as soon as possible by emailing sarah@clixo.com so we can discuss next steps.

4. Can I participate if my activity is outside the US?
Can I participate if my activity is outside the US? Unfortunately no. Only US organizations are eligible to participate in this program. Clixo products do not ship internationally.
