Introduce

  • Introduce the concept of angles to the students in a fun and engaging way. You can use pictures of different angles in everyday objects, such as a pizza slice or a triangle sandwich, and ask the students to identify the angles they see.

Build & Create

  • Give each student a small set of Clixo pieces.
  • Ask the students to use the Clixo pieces to create different types of angles, such as right angles, acute angles, and obtuse angles.
  • Once the students have created the angles, encourage them to measure the angles using a protractor or a ruler.
  • Ask students to trace the angles they created onto a page.

Share & Reflect

  • Ask the students to share their angles with the class and discuss the properties of each angle.
  • Ask the students to reflect on what they learned during the activity and how they can apply this knowledge in real life situations.
  • You can also encourage the students to continue exploring angles using Clixo and other construction toys.

Tips

  • Encourage students to work together and share their ideas with one another.
  • You can guide the students by showing them examples of different angles and how they can be created using the Clixo pieces.
